Remember that people will be able to move up and down in rank as time goes by depending on their activity and skill.  Also there is ranks within the game which is pretty cool, from what i understand is the Leader can give out Co-Leader positions so that numerous people can recruit and mess around with the clan options.

	Certain amount of sniper kills.  Most likely a hell of a lot
	Get 10,000 kills
	Loyal Clan Member (Member of the clan for a certain amount of time)
	Certain amount of Hours Played.   Im pretty sure they will track hours played in this game.
